The new Blantyre Library is all set to open its doors on Monday.
Located within Blantyre Leisure Centre, the library hub offers a bright, welcoming space to borrow books, browse new titles and enjoy reading in the heart of the local community.
The library will be open Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm, and on Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 5pm.
Staff will be on hand for assistance and for printing services from 9.15am and 12.30pm, and 1.30pm to 5.30pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday and from 9.15am to 12.15pm on a Thursday.
Please note printing services are only available during staffed hours, but photocopying is available throughout opening hours.
Some services will also resume at Blantyre Leisure Centre from Monday 29 September – more information is available from South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture’s website.
